I have been a ham since 1986. Became an advanced operator in 1987. I have functioned as a Net Control Operator on 80 and 20 meter nets since 1987. I have been a Net control ( off and on) for the Bill Bennet Family hour for the past 12 years. I am retired from Bell Canada since 1997. I only function as a net control in the Fall and Winter months, as I am a flight instructor in my other hobby which is RC Flying. As an instructor I must be at the local club to work with new students.
